Refund policy

Visas, Payments & Cancellations

  • Visas to be applied as soon as they start taking applications. Any delay/last-minute visas will result in cancellation of the trip booking. Amount will be non-refundable.
  • Payments to be made as per the timeline shared. We believe in booking things timely and we do not accept last-minute payments.
  • 0 - 15 Days Post Booking: Full refund with a deduction of INR 15,000.
  • Any cancellation post 15 days is non-refundable.
  • Trips with Cherry reserves all rights to cancel the trip in case of minimum number of group members not met or because of any other personal reason. In this case, the booking amount will be refunded. Any additional cost/visa cost/flight cost borne by the traveller won’t be reimbursed.
  • You are free to remove any activity and get the cost reduced before you make the final payment. No refunds are provided for unused package inclusions.
  • Trips with Cherry is not responsible for any lost items during the trip.  

Trips with Cherry is not responsible for delays, cancellations, itinerary changes due to: Natural Hazards (landslides, storms etc), Flight Cancellations or Roadblocks, Rescheduling, Political Closure & Unforeseen events etc.

No refunds are provided in case of a situation arises which is beyond our control. If transport or evacuation is required due to injury or illness, additional cost will be borne by the traveller.
